Content Producer

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and experienced and talented Content Producer who can bring stories to life with compelling narratives through photos, videos and design. This role involves creating engaging content that showcases our properties, the vibrant community, and the unique lifestyle Bali offers, including interviews with local schools, restaurants, and residents. The ideal candidate will also be adept at scaling content to fit various social media formats, such as Facebook and Instagram reels, stories, and editing YouTube videos with intros, outros, and thumbnails. To lead our social media, content and digital marketing efforts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Google, including managing our advertising campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of a new brand in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. As our Content Producer you will work closely with our Social Media Manager/Content Manager, bringing creativity and initiative to our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is self-sufficient, capable of taking their own initiatives, and adept at working within established guidelines to produce compelling content that aligns with our brand's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities: 

● Conceptualize, produce, and edit photo and video content that aligns with our visual guidelines, brand's vision and marketing goals. 

● Scale photos and videos to fit into various social media formats, including Facebook and Instagram reels, TikTok, stories, and YouTube videos, ensuring content is optimized for each platform. 

● Plan and execute on-location shoots, including interviews with local businesses, educational institutions, and community members. 

● Manage the end-to-end process of content creation, from ideation to post-production, including editing YouTube videos with engaging and graphical intros, outros, and creating eye-catching thumbnails. 

● Work closely with our marketing team to develop content strategies that enhance our online presence and engage our target audience. 

● Stay abreast of the latest trends in content production and introduce innovative ideas to keep our content fresh and engaging. 

● Collaborate with external creatives, including other photographers, videographers, and influencers, to produce unique content.

Qualifications: 

● Proven experience in content production, with a strong portfolio covering photos and videos. 

● Expertise in using editing software (e.g. Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc.) and knowledge of scaling content for different social media formats. 

● Creative storytelling skills, with the ability to capture the essence of Bali's lifestyle and our brand's values (guidelines will be given). 

● Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable conducting interviews and directing shoots. 

● A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content. 

● Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. 

● Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or Balinese is a plus.
