Job role & Responsibilities:

- end-to-end creative and content creation process.
- in-depth understanding of the current market content trend and develop a content strategy based on a analysis of this trend.
- develop, monitor and optimize language style guides, workflows and policies related to product content.
- conducts research on the competitive environment and gathers market data for the business and uses the result to come up with well-informed topics and themes for content creation.
content management
- regularly assess content performance and quality by analyzing key indicators: content page views, SEO monthly research on relevant industry, and the benchmark to other platforms.
- explore new content types and opportunities to increase user engagement on the platform.
- set the standard for writing/language used and the desired content quality to ensude adherence to napocut branding guideline.
Team Management
- accountable for operational day-to-day work allocation and managing the team's performance.
