Job Descriptions:
- Produce short- and long-form written content for multiple digital and social platforms. Content includes blog posts, articles, press releases, speech, and social media posts in English.
- Manage all aspects of written content production, from brainstorming and planning to research, interviews, writing and editing.
- Collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines to help the team tell compelling and coherent story across written, video, visual and social content.
- Produce content that is SEO-optimised.
- Work with businesses in a variety of industries to understand their key messages and target audience, and use that knowledge to identify and develop relevant content opportunities.
- Able to integrate content strategy with the business goals and objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relation or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in content strategy & execution, journalism, public relation or a related field.
- Experience of producing social, video and other digital and non-digital contents.
- Strong English and Bahasa writing and editing skills.
- Proven ability to source and execute creative stories.
- Experience using analytics to shape content strategies.
- Highly independent and competent professional who is comfortable operating in a matrix organisation.
