Continuous Improvement Engineer

Responsibility:

• Effectively identify waste and improvement opportunities throughout the entire manufacturing process 
• lead and facilitate Cl kaizen proJects to solve the problem, including but not lim􀀞tv/ process/ WIP/ waste improvement, customer complaint reduction, capacity Improvement, order fulfillment achievement improvement, SMED, etc to develop the skill of lean management to Improve the key performance 
• Promote and guide production departments to promote standardization of man, machine, materjals, methods, and environment, applying A3/TPM/TQM/6Slgma/08S systematic improvement tools to enhance manufacturing process stability 
• Promote plant SS & Visual management, Including the design and update of shop floor Visual arrangement, Kanban system, implementation and improvement of three-level inspection, class meeting & team competition activities, etc 
• As a Cl toolkit coach, be responsible for the training of operations personnel on Cl toolkits to ensure that everyone effectively applies Cl tools to solve problems
• Coach employees to suggest Improvement actions their areas to develop culture of employee empowerment 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in IE, engineering or mechanical related Is preferred 
• Proficient in mastering and applying the 6 Sigma improvement tool kit to lead green belt projects and achieve success 
• 3-5 vears of continuous Improvement or TPM or Lean manufacturing practical implementation experience in manufacturing industry, with successful implementation cases. Danaher’s Business System (DBS) experience is a plus 
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, good problem solving and analysis skills, out standing project management skills, and strong learning abilities 
• Good data analysis skills, logical reporting and presentation skills
• English spoken as daily communication, able to use It as working language
• Good office sohware skills, excellent PPT skills 
• Proficient in Project Management 
• 6 Sigma projects with black belt certification is a plus
