Responsibilities
• Assisting Quality Manager in organizing, controlling, and maintaining Continuous Improvement Projects• Supporting the planning, implementation, and management of the 5S program• Developing strategies to raise awareness about waste reduction and resource optimization• Implementing error-proofing techniques to prevent errors and ensure consistent quality• Designing and implementing a maintenance program for optimal equipment performance• Analyzing existing workflows and recommending process improvements• Conducting training sessions on Continuous Improvement methodologies• Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements
• Education background from reputable university with Major in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Pulp & Paper) at least S1• Working experience of at least 7 years with last position as Supervisor or Senior Supervisor from multinational company• Preferred experience in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement Engineer, Industrial Engineering, and Manufacturing Excellence• Good communication and presentation skills• Computer Literate: Microsoft especially expert in excel, other software like CAD, AI• Ability to work under pressure and be target oriented• Good personality and attitude• English is a must
