Contract Administration (Construction Industry)

Job Description: 

• Drafting contract and subcontract documents, notices, or claim letters based on the contract and subcontracts clauses
• Analyzing contract and subcontracts and identifying risks and opportunities associated with them
• Developing claim strategies collaboratively with the project team
• Negotiate with client, consultant, other partners and subcontractors under contractual conditions including claims and variation
• Managing invoices and change control including developing the procedures
• Assisting Admin & Finance Manager throughout insurance claim process for recovering a damage falling under the policy

Requirement: 

• Min. Bachelor's degree in any major 
• Able to speak English for business manners 
• Min. 5 years related experience in construction or consulting project management industry 
• Understand FIDIC terms 
• Knowledgeable in EPC and project financial aspect
