Job Description:
- Drafting contract and subcontract documents, notices, or claim letters based on the contract and subcontracts clauses
- Analyzing contract and subcontracts and identifying risks and opportunities associated with them
- Developing claim strategies collaboratively with the project team
- Negotiate with client, consultant, other partners and subcontractors under contractual conditions including claims and variation
- Managing invoices and change control including developing the procedures
- Assisting Admin & Finance Manager throughout insurance claim process for recovering a damage falling under the policy
Requirement:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in any major
- Able to speak English for business manners
- Min. 5 years related experience in construction or consulting project management industry
- Understand FIDIC terms
- Knowledgeable in EPC and project financial aspect
