Job Description
- support the legal team in executing the Contract Management Systems workflow.
- formulate, review and evaluate policies related to Contract Management Systems and ensure implementation by all relevant stakeholders.
- planning, implementing, and managing the internal control function in legal Team.
- evaluate processes, define problems or issues, and uncover areas for further improvement.
- liaise with internal stakeholders (Group Ops and Business Units) during the contract review process
- identify, evaluate, and deal with vendors related to the Contract Management Systems.
- working closely with CFO Office team in the improvement of the Contract Management Systems.
- prepare regular reports on the performance of the Contract Management and provide data-backed suggestions to improve the process.
Requirements
- Holds minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university (any major is welcome), but open for Diploma degree in secretary.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a secretary, project manager, or admin.
- Has the ability to work on a wide range of complex matters with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes.
- Has an excellent understanding of commercial businesses.
- Has deep knowledge of project management.
- Has excellent communication, negotiation, networking, management, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Adaptable and commercially minded team player with collegial personality.
- Fluent in English, both oral and writing.
- Has an excellent familiarity with computer software and apps that can support the Contract Management Systems.
