Cook Dimsum - Surabaya

Requirements :

-      Aged max. 27 years old. Education min. Senior High School or vocational school preferably a graduate in Hospitality, Culinary or F&B

-   Having 2 years experience as a Dimsum Cook from a Restaurant or F&B is preferred

-        Able to make all Dimsum condiments (Shumai, Xiao Long Bao, Hakau, Cheong Fan, Baozi, Mantou etc.)

-        Able to communicate effectively and be target oriented

-        Able to work in a team

-        Agile, neat and responsible

-        Willing to be placed at Paradise Dynasty Ciputra World Surabaya (non-halal)

-        Willing to joined IMMEDIATELY

       Responsibility :

-  Make all dimsum condiments (Shumai, Xiao Long Bao, Hakau, Cheong Fan, Baozi, Mantou etc.)

-      Ensure menu quality

-  Maintain and ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and outlet inventory

- Master daily operations, especially maintaining product quality, meeting production needs and kitchen cleanliness

-        Report daily performance results to relevant superiors

-     Responsible for the entire food processing process in accordance with applicable SOP’s from the preparation process to food serving
