Cook Helper

We are an industrial hidden gem cafe grocery and retail with artistic design in Canggu. Our Vission is to become a place to develop human resources that have no or little experience to become skillfull in the hospitality and service industry.

We are opening a DW Cook staff. You will help to prepare ingredients and dishes, cook and assist our Senior Cook and Cheff for our own homemade healthy plant based and International dishes menu. You will be demanded implementing high quality food standard, effectiveness and work efficiency .

You will be working on shifts (05.00-13.00/ 09.00-17.00/ 12.00-20.00).

8hours (1hour break). 5-6days work per week, 1-2days off.

Maximum 20-21 working Days/month.

DW COOK Responsibility :

Opening the restaurant at the beginning of operating hours and closing it at the end of shifting hours

Cleaning and maintaining the Kitchen area

Developing your knowledge of the Cafe products

Safety regulations, and other precautions and requirements.

Engaging in appropriate behaviour at all times, representing the business in a positive light.

Completing tasks as delegated by a Senior Cook or Chef.

Asisting with waitress and waiter in preparing the food they’re request for made and with Senior Cook /Chef addressing customer complaints and inquiries for food that being made or inquire for ex special dietary request.

Providing advice and recommendations to customers with good communication with Waitress to change the item of Food if the stock is out with any substitute product/ ingredients,

Collaborating with other team members to keep the Kitchen area clean and organised at all times.

DW COOK skills and qualifications:

Strong team spirit Excellent verbal and oral communication skills

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Working knowledge of relevant Kitchen equipments

Customer service and good interpersonal skills

Excellent stamina

Collaborate with floor staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
