Qualification:
- Education minimal SMA/SMK
- Have experience minimal 1 year in the same position
- Have experience minimal 1 year in the kitchen (Western)
- Can work under pressure, hard worker, honest and high initiative
- Willing to work shifts and public holidays
- Have good knife skills
Responsibilities:
- Cook food according to the recipe
- Check raw material inventory
- Prepare food according to the recipe of raw materials
- Thorough and hard working and have good hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area and its surroundings
- Maintain the quality of goods and the quality of work of fellow colleagues
- Comply with the SOP
- Honest, discipline, and hardworking
- Able to carry up to items up to 10kg
Requirements:
- 18-28 years old
- English speaking preferred
- Placement in PIK 2 (2)
