Coordinator Admin (Warehouse)

Job Description:

• Create daily stock level (Qty, Quality, Composition), FG, PM, CM
• Create report weekly about Non-Performing Inventory, Aging, block stock
• Create data for weekly S&OP Meeting 
• Stock Management (daily picking and preparing)
• Lead daily/weekly cycle count and monthly stock opname  
• Daily allocation on RJO with PPIC and Production
• Get Data weekly delivery schedule with Shipping Department
• Working closely with Customs office on Document BC
• Create monthly report for OTIF, Delivery, Return/Reject, Damage product

Job Requirement:

• S1 Management/Supply Chain 
• 3 year's experience in same field
• SAP & Excel in advance level
• English in fluent level both oral and written
• Pro-active and good teamwork player
• Have experience using Power BI
• Strong Leadership
