About The Role
In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and evaluate the training activity program in accordance with the organization's development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resource needs of the business.
• Identify training need analysis, monitor, and review the training implementation to ensure the training effectiveness in term of promotes employee's competence and performance.
• Review individual development plan for all employee include training plan based on PDR result and its activities as a strategy to enhance employee's competencies.
• Demonstrating willingness to learn new skill and continuously look for improvement in work processes and results.
• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate learning and development plan, and training competencies to fulfil HR target in Developing and Retaining People as an asset.
• Prepare and Develop training policy, procedure, and training guidelines to ensure that the training programs are delivered effectively.
• Prepare, Control, and Evaluate Training Budget; to ensure the effectiveness of training budget allocation
  

About You

• Graduated from bachelor's degree, preferably from in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, General Management, General Business Management, or Arts (Psychology) degree.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role
• Knowledge of training and development concept, systems, and process, especially development of Training Need Analysis, training design and development.
• Good English communication skill
• Computer literate
