Responsibilities
- Assisting in travelling arrangement like air ticket and hotel bookings, ground arrangement and coordination
- Preparing and disseminating correspondences, memos and documents
- File and update information of employees, customers, suppliers, bankers and external parties
- Secretarial job like preparing report, systematic filing, follow up projects
- Responsible for the process related to insurance owned by the company
- Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- Proficient in English language
- At least 3 years of Administrative/Clerical & Reporting/Follow up working experience
- Proficiency in Ms Office and other computer literacy
