Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in travelling arrangement like air ticket and hotel bookings, ground arrangement and coordination
  • Preparing and disseminating correspondences, memos and documents
  • File and update information of employees, customers, suppliers, bankers and external parties
  • Secretarial job like preparing report, systematic filing, follow up projects
  • Responsible for the process related to insurance owned by the company
  • Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner 

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
  • Proficient in English language
  • At least 3 years of Administrative/Clerical & Reporting/Follow up working experience
  • Proficiency in Ms Office and other computer literacy
