To provide legal services to the company regarding various CORPORATE AND land legal issue & liaison the company and stakeholders, ensuring the company compliance with the prevailing rules and regulation
Providing corporate legal strategy to protect the company’s matters including any corporate actions.
Work in a cross functional team (including external lawyers) for legal advice, legal opinion/memorandum for any company issues.
Providing legal assistance to all contract management including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating.
To provide a strong data base of the land owned by the company
To handling the transaction of land acquisition
Getting involved in the process of land measurement, plotting, and re positioning
Responsible for the Roya process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Master Degree of Law from reputable University
Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling corporate legal
Having experience in public company or Lawfirm would be advantages
Strong knowledge in Corporate Law, Merger & Acquisition
Strong knowledge in land law, mortgage law
Having knowledge in OJK regulation
Having knowledge in commercial contract drafting
