Corporate Communication Specialist

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree with a minimum GPA 3.00 of 4, from reputable university, preferable majoring in Communication, Multimedia, Public Relation
-At least 3 years experience as a Corporate Communication / Public Relation
-Understand company's business processes and can make communication have a positive impact on the company's business development
-Have an open minded character, high initiative / proactive, problem solver, and detail oriented
-Excellent interpersonal communication skill
-Ability to write public relations products and manage media relations programs
-Strong understanding in the landscape of the country's mass media industry
-Strong understanding towards social media usage, digital media, and other digital communications
-Ability to manage company's event
- Intermediate ability in English (spoken/written)
-Ability using visual design app (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, video editor, and others) is preferred.

Job Desc:
-Preparing media monitoring records (daily and monthly) assisted by media monitoring agency
-Preparing PR/Press Documents (press release, standby/holding statement, fact sheet, draft answers from media inquiry, BoD speech draft, and company's activities article.
-Managing corporate events (RUPS, BoD meeting, Public Expose, Ceremonial events)
-Managing press events (media gathering/media briefing/press confrence, media visit, site visit, media luncheon, etc)
-Managing internal communication corporate materials (documenting photo/video of corporate's internal activities and managing the documentation data, making internal media corporate contents)
-Preparing material/content for the company's Annual Report together with corporate legal
-Building communication interdivisional and group to ensure corporate information distributed well
