Job Description :
- Create and implement communication plans that align with the overall business strategy;
- Creatively establish and boost companies project brand to expand companies brand identity;
- Monitor and respond to any communication that may impact the company's reputation;
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, banks, media companies, and any other relevant stakeholders relevant;
- Pitch and secure media coverage for company announcements, events, press release, and initiatives;
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and other sales materials including social medias;
- Write and edit compelling content for various purposes, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and messaging;
- Facilitate communication channels between different departments and levels within the organization and shareholders;
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overall communication strategies;
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors for event-related communication needs;
- Work closely with marketing teams to integrate external and internal communication efforts;
- Utilize monitoring tools to track social media coverage, engagement, and emerging trends;
- Provide regular reports and insights to guide continuous improvement;
- Attending social events as company representative (if required);
- Manage company email, both incoming and outgoing emails to customers, vendors, etc
- Facilitate communication between klien/customer/vendor within the company;
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relation, Management, or a related field from reputable university;
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field;
- Advanced English in speaking, writing, reading, and listening;
- Good in communication, networking, marketing, relationship building and public speaking;
- Able to communicate and build relationships effectively in person;
- Highly organized and with strong attention to details;
- Able to execute multiple assigments under specific time constraints;
- Commited to working with diverse stakeholders;
- Has a strong relationship with stakeholders, bank and investment sector;
- Able to work in flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, on a regular basis;
- Able to work under pressure.
