Uraian Tugas

Job Description

As a Corporate Development Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives, including fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other Corporate Development activities. You will work closely with the Corporate Development team to evaluate potential opportunities, conduct financial analysis, and assist in the execution of strategic transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Analysis and Modelling:

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives, including fundraising and M&A transactions.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation, pro forma financial statements.
  • Assist in preparing investment memos, presentations, and other materials for senior management and external stakeholders.

Market Research and Due Diligence:

  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in conducting due diligence on potential targets, including financial, operational, and legal analysis.
  • Synthesise findings and prepare due diligence reports for internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Strategic Planning and Business Development:

  • Support the development of the company's strategic plan by analysing market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and growth drivers.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential strategic opportunities.

Transaction Execution Support:

  • Coordinate with external advisors, including investment bankers, financial consultants, and legal counsel throughout the deal process.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports and updates on Corporate Development activities, including pipeline tracking, deal activity, and performance metrics.
  • Analyse and interpret financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for board meetings, investor presentations, and other strategic forums.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, Corporate Development, private equity, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes, due diligence, and deal execution is preferred.
  • Willing to work Hybrid from BSD, Tangerang.
