Corporate Finance

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in any major
• Preferably having 1 year experience in related field of banking, investments, financial analyst
• Possess knowledge of financial principle and updated finance issues
• Possess knowledge of various legal bank documents and related regulations

Responsibilities:

To ensure corporate financing management and corporate financing action including operational activities, investment and financing, either in group level or unit level, are fulfilled properly and timely through accountable planning/ designing, organizing, directing and controlling on corporate financing and commercial legal strategy
