Uraian Tugas
- Conduct assessment towards new banking regulation on GCG, and if necessary to prepare gap analysis also best practice as the benchmark.
- Creating, gathering information and data as well as submit reports to OJK Banking Supervisory, and LPS on regular as well as on adhoc basis.
- Creating, coordinating all relevant parties, gathering information and data as well as submit to the authority, including without limitation to the following bankwide reports: Annual Report, GCG Implementation Report, Integrated Governance Implementation Report, Banking Synergy Monitoring Report
- Support the Implementation of Corporate Governance (structure, Process & Outcome), including without limitation to: Review and update the GCG documents, ie. GCG manual, Board Manual, as well as Charters of BOD and BOC Committees, Review and update the Bank's Code of Conduct, Review policy and procedure within financial conglomeration
- Organizing the governance meeting within BOC, BOD, Joint Meeting BOD-BOC and BOC Committees, and also to prepare the relevant documentation, follow up, recommendation and approval.
Meminta
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Law / Economy major
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Having understanding on corporate secretary’s role in GCG (Good Corporate Governance), project management, analysis capability and has good communication Skill.
