Description
As a Corporate HR Manager, your responsibiltiies include:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing orientation programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including investigating and resolving employee grievances and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify talent development needs and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Lead HR analytics and reporting efforts to track key HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Profile
A successful candidate must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HR management roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a corporate HR environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
