Corporate Legal Manager
Key responsibilities:
• Assisting the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in implementing good corporate governance and compliance for public company
• Advising the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners on Public Company Law and regulations
• Closely monitor the development of Capital Market Law and related regulation
• Drafting/Reviewing AoA, Corporate Approvals, documents & reporting related to capital market public disclosure.
• Conducting Annual Public Expose and incidental public expose

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of working experience preferably in a Law firm with specialization in corporate and commercial matters (Experience in handling ICT companies as clients is a plus)
• Understand capital markets & permits
• Understand business and industrial law, both national and international
