Corporate Legal Officer

Brief of Job Description : 

Corporate Legal Officer reporting to Corporate Affairs Assistant Section Manager and has primary responsibility to support Assistant Section Manager in coordinating the Corporate Legal activity and other activities in the Section to ensure the Company in good standing and fulfills all obligations pursuant to the Law & Regulations and other  requirements of the company.

Requirement : 

• Education Background majoring in Law Degree (S-1)
• Maximum 30 Years Old
• At least have 3 Years experiences in related field
• Understanding of Corporate Law, Industrial Law and OSS RBA
• Able to review, drafting agreement
• PERADI Licensed
• English is must
• Self Driven
• Will be place in Cilegon - Banten
