Gaji- Draft and/or review agreements/contracts
- Oversee and provide input, suggestions, and improvements to the legal aspects of company operations.
- Ensure that all contracts/agreements are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and manage the company's Articles of Association and all related business permits and licenses
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal parties (business divisions/related divisions), external parties, including notary, legal consultants, government agencies and other parties
- Prepare reports related to the company's legal activities.
- Evaluate agreements/contracts/all related legal documents.
- Ensure the smoothness and manage the archives of each contract/agreement and/or legal document.
- Establish relationships and be able to coordinate with relevant government agencies and institutions.
- Assist in the legal litigation process
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university
- Having at least 2 years experience, preferably from a tech company, a law firm or logistic company
- In-depth understanding of corporate laws, insurance laws and regulations, as well as legal procedures, employment and labor regulation
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation skill
- Great attention to detail
- Has PERADI license, will be a plus point.
- Capable on drafting agreement bilingual (English and Bahasa)
- Skills : English (Fluent both Oral and Written)
- Having knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Polite, confidence, could work under pressure, and could work in a team
- Computer proficiency (Ms Words & Excel, Data Base/Information System).
