Corporate Planning Management Office

- Assist HoD CPMO in develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals;
- Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance;
- Liaise with Corporate Planning Business partner in monitor business plan to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved in a timely manner and provide support in preparation of governance reports, project status reports, presentations, agendas etc. are completed;
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes;
- Assist HoD CPMO in research competition to identify threats and opportunities;
- Ensure that the corporate governance framework for the company is properly designed, implemented and maintained;
- Provide the company’s governance program and process development and enhancement;
- Convening and servicing regular management meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, follow up action needed, handling meeting correspondence and etc);
- Collating data and information;
- Retains and organizes all the corporation’s significant documents as well as records.

- University Graduate (Min. S1) from any discipline (preferably Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Civil Engineering - Construction Management/Economics/Finance/Accounting/)
- Min. 2 years work experience in planning position (preferably in strategy planning position);
- Experience as junior level consultant is an advantage;
- Experienced in developing and execution of any Performance Management Systems is an advantage (preferably Balance Scorecard system
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams around strategic initiatives;
- Proven business writing skills & analysis skills;
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills;
- Able to think creatively, identify, and build support for innovative/outside the-box solutions;
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities;
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings regardless of audience;
- Construct forecasts and analytical models - Understanding of market research and data analysis
- Ability to comprehend a range of data, from technical operational to financial data, process it and communicate in an understandable language to a range of company personnel from top to bottom;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities;
- Ability to work under pressure on a variety of projects simultaneously in a dynamic business setting.
