Qualifications & experience

• - S1 psychology / HR / Management
• age minimum 28 years max 38 years
• experience both in recruitment & Training minimum 5 years with proven good track record
• experience in FMCG industry with the similar post is preferable
• must have ability & creativity to design with canva, video editing, photography and able to play a music instrument is an advantage
• fast work-pace, responsive, agile to changes, service oriented, passion for result , strive for excellence , able to learn & work independently
• good communicator & presentor with gen X to Z, good in analytical thinking and writing report in detail
• certified assesor / trainer to certain tools / modules is preferable
• able to work on weekend if needed
• possess SIM A and able to drive to other city

Tasks & responsibilities

• Recruitment Main Roles : handle end to end recruitment process agressively for particular FMCG candidates
• conduct competency & behaviour interview
• do assesment with various psychotest tools , interprete & giving recommendation
• meet 100% KPI fullfilment weekly, montlhy & yearly with an agressive set target leadtime per level
• coordinate & organise employer branding events for selected campus and achieve the set target
• Training Main Roles: design & develop curricullum, syllabus, module soft skills training for online, offline and digital learning
• deliver training in experiential method effectively by online and offline
• design an effective assesment post training method to count the ROI
• do TNA & TDP and competency gap to develop learning development program
