Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Head - Palm Oil Plantation

Main Responsibility

• Create, plan and ensure implementation of CSR annual plan
• Develop and execute CSR programs by collaborating with business units across the company to ensure successful program
• Ensure the implementation of CSR programs in accordance with the established management system
• Define a set of projects, deliverables and related budget of CSR programs for budgeting purposes
• Managing external relations with the public and government

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree Graduate
• At least 12 years of professional working experience as CSR in Palm Oil Company
• Experience with social compliance, local law and regulation
• Excellent communication & negotiation skill
• Willing to be placed in Central Kalimantan
