Job Description:

• Establish an optimistic and upbeat connection with training participants.
• To ensure positive relations with external organisations, leading to long-term partnerships and cooperation.
• Facilitate the conveyance of skills and knowledge to participants, resulting in their improved livelihood and quality-of-life.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting training sessions according to planned modules & methodology. 
• Ensuring that training courses are well planned, smoothly delivered, and up to the required standard.
• Being responsible for preparing and updating training materials in order to support training courses.
• Coordinating arrangements for training classes.
• Ensuring that mentoring sessions are smoothly delivered and up to the required standard. 
• Facilitating and helping participants in improving their lives.
• Acting as a facilitator during the training course.
• Being responsible for mentoring and following up with participants on project requirements. 

Your profile:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Have the heart to impact and change communities for the better.
• Assertive, able to capture the attention of the room.
• Radiating confidence and positivity.
• Down-to-earth, able to relate to people of any background.
• Responsible, proactive, and has clear achievement goals.
