Responsibilities
• Update standard costs and propose journal reclassifications• Perform month-end cost accounting close• Control inventory and evaluate product cost accuracy• Prepare and analyze scrap and cost of goods reports• Maintain cost accounting system and ledger• Analyze inventory valuations and unit cost variance• Liaise with GPD team for inventory standard cost• Support ad hoc costing requirements and audits• Manage hardcopy documents• Utilize accounting and cost management software
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting• 3+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing• Effective communication in English and Bahasa• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel• Knowledge of financial reporting and ERP software• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team• Attention to detail and organizational skills
