Cost Accounting Staff

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive cost accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Cost Accounting principles, excellent analytical skill, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze distribution and repacking costs of each product and prepare reports for management
• Develop and maintain standard costing models for existing and new products
• Conduct variance analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
• Collaborate with production to control and maintain inventory levels.
• Conduct and collaborate with production for stock-opname every month.
• Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of new products or production processes.
• Prepare month-end and year-end close activities related to Cost Accounting.
• Analyze journal entries related to stock, ie. inventory, sales, return, discount, COGS, and others.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit support as needed.

Requirements :

• 26-30 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Cost Accounting methodologies.
• Proficiency in Ms. Excel and experience with ERP systems (Accurate, SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
