Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual budget, control budget, and could operate SAP
- Checking the payment calculation with the contractor and PIC contractor management to ensure that the payment calculations are correct and accurate with the contract agreement
- Create an accounting voucher and ask for Approval
- Create budget realization report, cost analysis, maintenance costs, etc, and ensure that the report can be completed on time, correct and accurate
- Responsible for the management of cost dept of construction company
- Responsible for the market developing and tendering (including preparing BOQ, pricing, contract, negotiation), to acquire new projects
- Responsible for establishing the management system of cost
- Responsible for developing and acquiring of all resources for construction at competitive price
- Responsible for preparing tender documents, BOQ, contract for subtracting
- Responsible for commercial negotiation with subtract (e.g.labor worker company, materials suppliers, equipment supplier, etc)
- Responsible for the cost control of activities for construction, e.g control of materials consumption, review of payment
- Control and monitor movement of all inventories and balance
- Liaise with operational and Purchasing/Procurement Department to manage and control all aspects outstanding procurements to achieve cost efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, civil construction cost management or construction building or similar major
- At least 3 years of working experience in costing at manufacture or construction company
- Good skill(s) in reporting costing, COGM Report, COGS Report
- Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork
- Excellence in Accounting Systems and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Fluent in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Have knowledge about Finance & Accounting concept
- Good Computer literacy (Ms. Office & SAP)
- Good attitude, positive, proactive, creative thinking and problem solver
