Cost Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the organization's overall productivity data, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring that objectives are met. Additionally, the Cost Control Supervisor will play a key role in proposing activities to reduce costs and minimize wastage while maximizing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contrive the operation capacity expense, cost based on company forecast
- extensive knowledge of production cost, cost logic of finance
- Analyze operational processes to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Develop and implement Cost Control strategies to optimize production costs.
- Propose and implement activities to reduce costs and minimize wastage.
- Monitor and analyze productivity data to track performance against targets.
- Prepare and present regular cost analysis reports to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to Cost Control.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Cost Control and efficiency optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in Cost Control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and cost management tools.
- Having knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering method, and SAP system is preferable
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes and cost drivers is a plus.
