Cost Control Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify areas of overspending, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks
• Analyze cost trends and variances to provide insights for decision-making
• Conduct detailed cost analysis for price escalation from vendors and conduct vendor negosiations based on the results of the analysis
• Develop accurate cost forecasts and projections based on current project status, anticipated expenditures, and potential changes in scope or requirements
• Implement Cost Control measures and best practices to optimize project spending while maintaining quality standards and meeting project objectives
• Updating the work package of shopping list

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any major
• Proven min. 2 years experience in a similar role
• Have data analysis and pricing capabilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Ms. Office (Excel, Power Point, etc)
