Oversaw all aspects of Indonesian operations, marketing, sales, and P&L, achieving consistent growth and profitability.
Formed and empowered a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team to excel in serving the Indonesian market.
Built and optimized a lean, high-impact marketing team that effectively engaged KOM (Key Opinion Mothers) and drove customer acquisition.
Bridged the gap between Indonesian market needs and product development, driving product enhancements for local success.
Work independently using marketing analytics tools to aid in reporting, execution, and optimization

Minimum 10 years of experience working in International Media agency company in Indonesia, with at least 5 years of experience leading a team.
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset combined with proven capability in growing a start up successfully.
Able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English (as we will be working a lot of local Indonesian partners, from influencers to clients to agencies)
Proven capability in developing different media revenue streams and growing business revenue
Experience in the full spectrum of digital marketing activities
