Job description:
- Manage manpower requests by coordinating with vendors and recruitment team
- Maintain manpower database for turnover report and do gap analysis
- Manage mitra courier with scope of work such as, but not limited to attendance, request & recap warning letters, and escalate mitra's issue to HRBP
- Manage BPJS and Private Insurance with scope of work such as, but not limited to reconcile payment, request additional profile, and coordinate if there is accident
- Do invoice reconciliation
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering / Management / Law or relevant field
- Min. 2 years of work experience in HR Admin / Vendor Management / Relationship Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent with Ms. Excel/ Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUM IF)
- Able to work under pressure at a fast-moving working pace
- Enjoy roles that revolves around vendor management & doing repetitive daily operation
- Willing to travel around South Sulawesi
- Willing to be placed at Kendari with full 5 working days WFO
