Job Overview:
We are looking for a Creative & Campaign Marketing Management to join our growing team! As a Creative & Campaign Marketing Management, you will play a pivotal role in organizing, optimizing, and distributing creative assets to support marketing, e-commerce, and branding initiatives. This position requires a keen eye for visual aesthetics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Roles:
- Develop and maintain a systematic and easily accessible digital asset management system for creative materials, including images, videos, graphics, and other visual content.
- Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and other creative professionals to ensure a smooth flow of assets into the management system.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all creative assets meet brand standards and are suitable for various channels.
- Optimize creative assets for different platforms and purposes, considering factors like resolution, format, and size.
- Manage the distribution of creative assets to internal and external stakeholders, including marketing teams, e-commerce platforms, social media, other divisions, and external partners.
- Establish and maintain a digital archive of historical creative assets, ensuring easy retrieval for future reference and brand consistency.
- Actively seek out new opportunities through prospective departments
- Arrange plan proposal, media plan and campaign strategy.
- Assist Brand Management to connect with departments, arranging and attending meetings, presenting solution and cost to departments in preparation, planning, executing and reporting.
- Provide resources and digital media inventories.
