- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a senior creative role within the beauty industry, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated passion for and understanding of the beauty industry, with a keen eye for emerging trends and consumer preferences.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a creative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and authorize all creative assets, spanning digital and print materials, packaging, advertisements, and promotional content, ensuring compliance with brand standards and industry trends.
