- Lead the creative team to consistently deliver high-quality and innovative creative solutions
- Develop and implement creative strategies and concepts that align with the client's objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
- Analyze audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences
- Determine which format to communicate various types of content on various platform
- Create a pitchdeck for brand or corporate approach
- Identify ways to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase engagement.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate fresh ideas and develop innovative concepts for client projects
- Create Concept Moodboard for Editorial Plan & Content Plan
- Following trends on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Short)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Creative Director or similar creative leadership role within a creative agency
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and a strong pulse on current trends and emerging technologies in the creative industry
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Confidence to communicate your IDEAS and present them to internal and clients
- The flexibility to adapt your IDEAS to suit client expectations
- An innovative approach to the ways in which advertising is executed.
