Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent artist’s brand image across channels.
- Generate music release strategy actively, brainstorms and working sessions alongside marcomm team as part of a collaborative team.
- Take initiative to lead content production, manage production timelines, quality & cost controls.
- Direct Report to Artist Brand Manager
- Make reports, able to read & process social media data analytics
- Stay relevant and in the know of the artist’s current projects
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends (audio/ visual art, technologies & pop culture)
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in communication (mass-comm, advertising, broadcasting) or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a creative (have experience in music industry is a plus)
- Strong understanding of creative strategic, marketing campaign and content production
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Team player with open communication to ensure we’re always on the same page
- Have an extraordinary sense of taste and can solve problems creatively & effective
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
