Description

• Create a comprehensive framework to assess Indonesia's e-commerce creator landscape, encompassing goal setting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
• Develop and refine creator evaluation metrics aligned with business objectives, leveraging data analytics to track key performance indicators and empower creators with actionable insights.
• Conduct deep dives into individual creator performance, identifying opportunities for product integration, audience growth, and content optimization. Implement robust processes to drive sustainable creator growth.
• Gain in-depth understanding of the creator-seller-platform dynamic, collaborating with operations to design effective incentive and management programs that are adaptable and continuously optimized.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (data, growth, marketing) to strategize, coordinate, and execute campaigns and activations tailored to Indonesian audiences and leveraging local content insights.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3+ years of proven success in driving growth through eCommerce, digital content, or product strategy initiatives.
• Exceptional knowledge of ecommerce and passionate about internet culture.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, tackling challenges head-on with strategic solutions.
• Juggle multiple projects with agility and grace, fostering seamless collaboration across teams both internal and external.
• Data wizard with a talent for crafting compelling insights and strategies. Captivate stakeholders with impactful presentations and secure support for game-changing decisions.
