1. Officer Development Program Regional Business – Onsite Recruitment ITS

Requirements :

• Local or International Bachelor’s graduates (S1) or Master’s/post-graduate (S2) in the relevant field of studies from a reputable University
  Grade Point Average:
  Bachelor’s degree (S1): minimum 3,00 on a 4,00 GPA scale, or equivalent
  Master’s degree (S2): minimum 3,20 on a 4,00 GPA scale, or equivalent
  Maximum age at selection:
  Bachelor’s degree (S1): 25 years old
  Master’s degree (S2): 27 years old
  Demonstrate professional dispositions with good networking and communication skills
  Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
  No member of the nuclear family currently works in Bank Mandiri (i.e., parents, siblings)
  Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the first year of the program’s journey
  Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia

2. Credit Analyst Corporate Banking

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of working experience within Corporate Banking, commercial banking, investment banking, corporate finance, or advisory function
  Minimum Bank Risk Management Certificate Level 1
  Have an understanding of Financial and Credit Reports
  Fluent in English (both oral & written) & have good presentation skills
  Strong logical and financial analytical skills

3. Project Management Officer

Requirements :

• Solid track record in project managing comprehensive projects within the timeline and allocated resourcesong brand ownership and passionate in social media.
  Creative and open-minded personality is necessary.
  Impact oriented, self-initiated problem solver who constantly finds ways to innovate and improve.
  Able to synthesize data into clear messages
  Strong analytical skills and structured process thinking to use data to build solid use cases
  Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  Strong business acumen and highly customer focused mindset
  Passionate in the tech industry with good understanding of customers behaviors and expectations
  Strong selling & negotiation skills
  Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  Preferably able to speak other languages, such as Mandarin

4. Engineer DB As a Services

Requirements :

• 4+ years of professional experience in the field of information and technology specially on Database.
  Communication – Should be able to clearly communicate ideas in technical or business terms with senior business leadership, internal or external, their peers across IT, as well as their team. Demonstrated confidence and professional maturity to interface with senior-level executives.
  Leadership – Assess a situation, prioritize requirements, and then go out to any IT team, including both development and infrastructure, and get support as needed.
  Strong sense of ownership – Feeling of personal accountability for all areas directly or indirectly supporting. Should have willingness to drive people on all sides of an issue to a common understanding and then drive them toward resolution.
  Self-Directed – Has a strong sense of self and purpose. Understands tasks and role, and does not need daily reassurances, yet maintains an open dialogue with all of the stakeholders.
  Self-Motivated – Has strong purposes in order to maintain high working performance and able to motivate peers.
  High level of written and oral communication in the English language.
  Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovations.
  Knowledge of database and IT Infrastructure for support banking system operation.
  Willing to work under pressure and ready to be contacted outside of working hours to support operational problem.
  Knowledge about various databases RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch) (will be an advantage).

Requirements :

  Memiliki kemampuan bekerja secara Individu ataupun dalam tim serta mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait lainnya
  Memiliki kemampuan dalam memberikan masukan/ide improvement dalam tim
