Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s Degree graduated from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in this position
- Credit analysis and debt collection skills.
- Detail oriented person
- High integrity and strong communication skill
- Advance in Microsoft Office (preferable in Excel)
- Able to work under pressure, independently, or in a team
- Having experience using SAP will be an advantage
- Fluent in English is a must
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing the credit assessment process for both new and existing customers.
- Monitoring and managing customer credit limits and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Regularly monitoring customer payments and handling overdue or failed payments.
- Compiling financial reports related to credit and providing analysis on the company's credit performance.
- Handling payment disputes and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve payment issues.
- Coordinating with the company's legal counsel in case of legal violations by customers or internal employees.
