Credit Review Unit Head

Responsibilities :

1. Analyze, review credit for retail and fleet customer including vehicle passenger and commercial
2. Analyze limit requests including deviation to produce creditworthiness recommendations
3. Analyze pending limit applications at the authority level
4. Monitor follow-up on pending application recommendations
5. Examine and review the proposed marketing programs that will be implemented
6. Validating and verifying prospective customer / debtor data through the Sistem Layanan Informasi Keuangan (SLIK), Dinas Kependudukan dan catatan sipil (Dukcapil), Pefindo Biro Kredit and other information providers.
7. Ensuring the effectiveness of the 5C implementation in the distribution of financing (character, capacity, capital, collateral & conditions).
8. Have the ability to make Policy and SOP related to Credit Review
9. Providing input related to the creditworthiness analysis process, together with Risk Management to create a matrix of credit approval authority.
10. Inform Customer Experience about approved and rejected applications to be followed up properly
11. Handling problems and constraints in the system related to the credit process
12. Prepare approved credit performance reports on a regular basis and provide data to the auditor when needed

Requirements :

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Economic, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or equivalent
• Have at least 6 (six) years of Credit Review/ analysis/underwriting working experience in financial services, Multifinance Company (used car or new car product)
• Having good knowledge in Analyze Basic Financial Report
• Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skill, including business finance management concepts
• Demonstrate experience and ability to reject risky loans per credit underwriting guidelines and ability to work with applicants to progress and resolve credit underwriting data gaps
• Having good communication skill
• Demonstrate knowledge and comfortable with excel and preferably financial / statistical software
• Fluent in English
