Job Description
- Preparing crew candidates' application forms and conducting selection
- Coordinating seafarers' interviews with a port captain or superintendent
- Assisting and monitoring seafarers' requirements/flow of documents such as SMS familiarization, uniforms, allotment forms, etc.
- Preparing Crew Agreement and liaising with a local agent or manning agency to get to validity at the harbor master
- Coordinating the Pre-joining and performing dispatching procedures, final crew briefing, and preparing documents to be signed by the joining seafarers to be sent to the Principal, Agent, and/or Master.
- Arranging crew transportation and accommodation upon sign-on/off
- Monitoring crew rotation plan, and Crewing Budget
- Preparing the Report of Crew Database, Crew List, Crew Evaluation, Payroll, and Insurance
Qualification
- Minimum holding Class III Certificate ( ANT/ATT ), or Bachelor Degree from Port & Shipping Management (Ketatalaksanaan Pelayaran Niaga ) or Maritime Academy Graduates
- Minimum 2 years experience as a crewing officer from a shipping company (preferably at Tugboat & Floating Crane/FLF)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Willing to be placed at Samarinda, East Kalimantan
