We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management Associate, based in Jakarta. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is able to scale up and manage our rapid growth across Indonesia. What you will do:

  • Responsible to help in increasing the number of active users and achieve transactional value as part of the retention campaign
  • Implement marketing strategy into different promotion schemes/schedules for the existing users based on monthly KPI
  • Develop promotions based on analyzing monthly/seasonal trends and diving through historical retention data
  • Set up and launch retention program in CRM software, in-app banner, push notifications, and website page on HubSpot
  • Campaign tracking and monitoring and performance reporting to the stakeholders
  • Collaborate within marketing departments and other departments to ensure alignment across various functions
  • Responsible for building the number of new and active members with loyalty programs in Lalamove Rewards
  • Implement marketing strategy into promotion scheme/schedule for the loyalty member based on monthly KPI
  • Identify methods to discover interesting rewards to encourage Lalamove users to increase spending
  • Engage external partners for loyalty special rewards programs, which involves negotiating agreements, monitoring reward inventory, distributing rewards, and evaluating campaign effectiveness

What we seek:

  • A bachelor from a reputable university in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing CRM
  • Data-driven and creative with a customer focus mindset
  • Proficient in data processing software such as Excel/Spreadsheet
  • Experienced in using Tableau/Stone/Braze/Twilio/Branch will be an added advantage
  • Ability to source information and learn on the fly
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English
