Role Description

The CRM & Loyalty Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining customer relationship management strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. The CRM & Loyalty Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, leading loyalty programs and initiatives, and overseeing data analysis and reporting.

This is an on-site role and located in South Tangerang.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, Loyalty Programs, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and Loyalty Program Management tools
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing successful CRM & Loyalty programs that drive customer retention and conversion
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
