Job description & requirements

We’re looking for a team member in our fast-growing company as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. You’ll be responsible for handling any number of different types of projects, which may involve conducting research, brainstorming ideas, and creating strategies for clients.

Job Descriptions

  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of CRM professionals to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable CRM strategies.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of CRM campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of results.
  • Utilize CRM tools and platforms to automate processes and optimize customer interactions.
  • Analyze CRM data to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in CRM management and strategy development, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Insider, MoEngage, Braze, OneSignal).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative CRM solutions for business growth.
