Job Description:
- Develop a comprehensive CRM strategy (acquisition, retention) aligned with Styles (loyalty app) goals and objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns from head office, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and personalized communications, to nurture customer relationships.
- Analyzing data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements.
- Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system functionally, and user access control.
- Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving customer experiences.
- Utilize customer data to segment the customer base and create targeted marketing campaigns and communications.
- Collaborate with tenants, leasing, marketing, tenant relation, and customer service teams to develop CRM strategies and workflows aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CRM systems with other business applications and implement automation solutions for improved efficiency.
- Generate reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness if CRM initiatives, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements :
- S1 from any major.
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
- Has a strong background in re-engagement customer acquisition strategies.
- Familiar with Ms. Office & CRM program.
- High attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work in a team.
- Keep update about the marketing trends and understand the current market situation.
