Responsibilities
• Design and develop CRM system• Collect, store, and analyze customer data• Inform sales and marketing team based on analysis results• Implement marketing and promotion strategies• Prepare reports and analyze CRM system performance• Make recommendations for future improvements• Take orders and visit and maintain relationships with customers• Offer products directly to customers• Find new outlets to become customers• Sell and offer products to modern and traditional markets• Find events to include in work agenda• Create independent event concepts• Execute events• Perform product selling• Educate and expand product distribution network• Create and plan sales targets and branding programs• Accompany sales team in the field• Manage sales team's work schedule
Requirements
• Maximum age of 35• Minimum D3 education in any major, preferably Communication & Public Relation• Minimum 2 years experience in service & marketing communication/online business• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel/Google spreadsheet and PowerPoint• Good communication and leadership skills• Sales and service-oriented• Male/Female• Minimum high school education• Preferably experienced in FMCG sales• Good communication and relationship skills• Good communication and ethics• Diligent, honest, and responsible• Minimum D3 education• Minimum 2 years experience as Sales & Promotion Supervisor in FMCG company• Familiar with GT, MT market segmentation and promotion activities• Good communication, leadership, and integrity• Familiar with Yogyakarta area• Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
