Customer Service ImplantOBJECTIVES
- Acts as key contact for customer
- Accepts and processes orders for handover to operations
- Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions
- Passes lead to sales
- Handles customer inquiries
- Takes and handles any customer complaints; solves customer complaints or assign tasks to
other function
- Acts as first contact point for customer claims for notification and reception of claims and
respective document collection
JOB DUTIES
- Understand customs clearance process in Indonesia
- Develops relationship with customer
- Participant in Business Review with sales if necessary
- Accept all orders processes (from customer or overseas office) orders for handover to
operations
- Proactively informs customer on shipment status, exceptions and provides intermediate
updates on incident solution
- Takes and handles customer inquiries e.g. track and trace
- Takes customer requests for go green
- Takes and registers all customer complaints
- Drive customer complaints or assign tasks to other function
- Acts as first contact point for customer claims for notification and reception of claims and
respective document collection and handover to other department for specialized claim
handlers when document are complete
- Escalate issues if required
