Customer Care Agent

Job Description:

- Handling customer complaints

- Analyzing customer satisfaction

- Generating customer reports

- Collaborating with the Production Team to achieve Customer Satisfaction KPIs

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

- Neat appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build good relationships with customers

- Customer satisfaction orientation

- Proficiency in English communication

- High commitment to work, capable of working hard, detail-oriented, honest, trustworthy, and able to work in a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
